💰 Pay: $15–$25 per hour (based on experience)

On Pitch Performing Arts is seeking an experienced, people-centered Education Director to lead and grow our education programs. This full-time leadership role oversees children’s theatre classes, intensives, private lessons, camps, community education, and LINK Education League programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing complex logistics, and passionate about building strong teams, clear systems, and meaningful community partnerships.
Priority will be given to applicants who are excited to build strong systems, foster meaningful relationships, and create new community partnerships that expand access to arts education in our region.
Priority consideration will be given to applications received by January 17, 2026. Applications will continue to be accepted until the position is filled.
