💰 Pay: $15–$25 per hour (based on experience)

This position ensures classes, lessons, and productions run smoothly by providing consistent support to students, families, and teachers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, and familiar with how theatre is produced — both on and off the stage. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem solver who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and jump in wherever help is needed. OPPA! thrives on teamwork, positivity, and action — and we’re looking for another “doer” to join our small but mighty team.
