This leadership role focuses on community relationships, fundraising, audience growth, organizational culture, marketing direction, and overall alignment across the organization. Working alongside the Education Director in OPPA!’s new collaborative leadership structure, this position plays a key role in shaping the experience of our staff, volunteers, patrons, students, and community partners while helping drive the long-term growth and sustainability of OPPA!.
