✅ General Ticket Information

All tickets must be purchased through OPPA!’s official website or box office.

Ticket prices vary by performance, seating, and discount availability.

OPPA! productions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late seating is not guaranteed and may be delayed until a suitable break in the performance.

🚫 Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. OPPA! does not offer refunds for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or weather.

Ticket exchanges are not guaranteed and may only be accommodated at the discretion of management and only for another performance of the same production, subject to availability and possible fees.

If a performance is canceled by OPPA!, patrons will be offered an exchange, credit, or refund.

🎫 Discounts & Promo Codes

Promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively.

Discounts cannot be combined and may not be available for all performances.

👥 Group Sales

Group discounts may be available for certain performances. Please contact the box office for more information.

🎭 Youth & Education Tickets

All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Some shows may have age recommendations. These are provided as guidance only and are not enforced as entry restrictions unless specifically noted.

♿ Accessibility

OPPA! offers wheelchair-accessible seating and accommodations upon request. Please indicate any accessibility needs when purchasing tickets.

Service animals are welcome as defined by the ADA. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

If you need an ASL interpreter or other communication assistance for your upcoming performance, please let us know at least 14–21 days in advance so we can arrange a Utah-certified interpreter or other accommodations.

Can’t give that much notice? Contact us anyway—we’ll make every reasonable effort to help, though availability may be limited on short notice.

Show ratings (e.g., PG, PG-13) are provided for guidance and are determined internally by OPPA! based on content, language, and themes.

Audience members are encouraged to research shows before purchasing tickets. OPPA! is not responsible for individual content preferences.

📷 Photography, Recording & Devices

The use of cameras, audio/video recording devices, and cell phones during performances is strictly prohibited.

OPPA! reserves the right to remove disruptive patrons without refund.
