Party times are set at the time of booking, if you are late for your party no time adjustment will be made. 

Party guests are those that will participate and receive the items in the package. 

If you have parents or "non guests" that want to attend they are welcome however cake and other favors are not guaranteed.  If you want to ensure cake etc for your "non guests" please speak with your Fairy Godmother.

All payments are NON-refundable

You can change your date/time with a $25 change fee EACH time you change.

An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of your First Fairy Godmother discussion.  Your party is not booked until you have paid your invoice.  If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours of it being sent we will consider your party canceled.
We will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee requests.

We reserve the right to interchange performers as needed, if your specific character request needs to change your Fairy Godmother will reach out to you.
Your Fairy Godmother will be at your party to help both parents and performers set up and clean-up activities, and answer any questions they might along the way.
Gratuity for the performers is by no means required, but if you feel the performers were exceptional in their work, it is always appreciated.
